Hot Honey Peach and Burrata Salad
INGREDIENTS 👇🏽 3-4 ounces arugula 2 medium peaches, sliced 8 ounces burrata cheese, broken into dollops Hot Honey, to drizzle Basil olive oil, to drizzle (or use torn basil leaves + olive oil) Maldon salt Fresh cracked pepper 1. Place the arugula on a large platter or salad bowl. Top with sliced peaches. 2. Dollop the burrito generously all over the salad. 3. Drizzle on the hot honey and the olive oil. If using basil and EVOO add torn basil pieces and top with olive oil. Finsh and Enjoy
