Makes 2 bowls

Whipped tofu:
400g firm organic tofu, pressed to remove water
1/2 tbsp olive oil
Generous pinch of salt
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
Pinch of pepper
Juice from 1-2 lemons
1 garlic clove, chopped

Chickpeas:
2 cups canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
Drizzle of olive oil
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
3 tsp garlic powder
1-2 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp smoked paprika
Pinch of salt and pepper

Did you know you could make a loaf of bread with soda water as the main ingredient because I sure did NOT. This is my favourite and easiest bread loaf recipe to date and she’s going to be on repeat! INGREDIENTS: + 1 can of soda water + 3 cups of organic self rising flour (to make your own: mix 3 cups of flour with 4 1/2 tsp baking powder and 3/4 tsp salt DIRECTIONS: 1.) mixed together flour (make sure it is self rising) and soda water of your choice 2.) mix well and pour into a lined loaf pan - I used my challah baking pan! 3.) bake at 375F for 45 minutes. Scissor-Cut Noodles

Serves 6-8

Ingredients:
- 2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- @flybyjing (suited to your desired spice level)

Instructions:
1. To a bowl, add your flour, salt, and water. Knead for a minute then transfer to a clean, flat surface.
2. Knead for another 5 minutes, or until dough ball is smooth.
3. To a pot of boiling water, using scissors, cut your dough ball into thin strips about 1/2 in. long into the boiling water, allowing noodles to cook for 3-4 min., depending on thickness.
4. Strain noodles and place back in pot. Mix with @flybyjing chili crisp and serve.

Here’s the recipe: INGREDIENTS: 20g butter 250g radishes, halved (any variety will do) 1 tbsp miso paste 1 tbsp brown sugar salt & freshly ground black pepper to serve: sesame seeds METHOD: 1️⃣ Heat a large pan over a medium heat and add the butter. Once melted, add the radishes, cut side down, into the pan. Cook, undisturbed for 2-3 minutes, or until the bottoms are a lovely golden brown. 2️⃣ In a bowl, combine the miso paste, sugar and 75ml just-boiled water. Whisk until smooth, then pour the mixture into the pan. Give everything a quick stir, to coat the radish in the dressing, then bring to a simmer. Lower the heat and cook for 6-8 minutes,
