Pistachio Cheesecake ( no-bake)
@kitchen_diaries_by_zubda Ingredients • 150 g digestive biscuits • 2 tbsp melted butter • 250g cream cheese • 1/3 cups of caster / icing sugar • 1/2 cup of Pistachio paste (link in my bio) • 300ml of double cream Refrigerate for 6-7 hours Topping • 1/3 cup pistachio paste • 1/3 cup double cream Refrigerate for 30 minutes • 1/2 cup whipped cream • Swirl whipped cream on top • Pistachios chopped and dried edible rose petals • Serve & Enjoy!
