400g silken tofu 200g dark chocolate (70%) 1/2 tsp vanilla 3 tbsp maple syrup (or more) (Serves 4) Instructions: 1 Melt dark chocolate using a double boiler or (Thermomix: 3-5 minutes, 50 degrees, speed 1). 2. In a blender, combine melted chocolate with silken tofu, 1/2 tsp vanilla, and 3 tablespoons maple syrup. Blend on high for 3 minutes (Thermomix: 3 minutes, starting from speed 3 and gradually increasing to 9). 3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
