SLOW DOOR > Panel finalist for the Lexus Design Award 2016; designers: Deepak Jawahar and Irina Bogdan This idea explores the "in-between" space by prolonging the moment of tactile contact between the user and the door. The design process centers around determining the amount of delay required to create and amplify this space, while maintaining functionality.
