White Flour in recipe with 1.5C White Rice Flour + 1/3C Potato Starch + 1/3C Tapioca Starch + 1tsp Xanthum Gum. Replace 3 eggs with 3 X-Large Eggs. Bake at 325F for 45-50 min (makes 2x 8" rounds), top will be golden.
