Easy Fourth of July Dessert!🇺🇸 | fruit, dessert, cookie, Rick Lax, pizza | Easy Fourth of July Dessert!🇺🇸 This themed dessert is so fun to make! I use fruit and cookies to make a delicious cookie pizza! This original video was... | By Life with Coco | We have a piece of parchment paper. We folded it in half and we're going to fold it in half one more time and then you take that, put the point at the center. This is a trick my grandma taught me. You fold it over into like a little cylinder shape couple more times until the whole thing is folded over. Now, watch this. This is the perfect way to measure your parchment paper. You keep it at the center. You take your scissors and cut right on the curve of your pan. Just like that and now, we should have a beautiful circular piece of parchment paper that fits perfectly to your pan. That is so cool. Yeah. What a neat trick. We take our sliced up cookie dough pieces and we're going to put them all around the outside. And our last one goes in our last hole and we're going to smoosh these all down so they create an even layer. And all this is guys, this is our cookie dough, sugar cookie varieties. Sugar cookie. You can actually do whatever flavor you want though. Pillsbury doughboy there, the iconic image. Yes, so we're just going to smush all this in and we use about one and a half cookie one and a half rolls of the cookie dough. And just using your fingers is fine. Yup, we're going to connect it all. So now that we have an even layer, just a little trick I want to share with you guys. I put some olive oil on my fingers and there was no stick of the cookie dough but we're going to put this in the oven at 350 degrees for about 13 minutes. We're making this for Fourth of July, our Fourth of July party. This is an easy last minute dessert and it's themed. I can't wait to show you guys how we're going to do this. Wow, this looks so yummy. It's perfectly crisp on top. The next part, we have our no-baked cheesecake filling. You guys can make this homemade if you'd like I just bought mine from Walmart. I'm in a rush to get to this party so I just want to take half of this container and pop it right on and we're going to spread a thin layer right all over our pizza. Beautiful. So, we make this as pretty as we can and we are going to take the other half of this container and we're going to put it into our piping bag that I just put into our mason jar here. It just makes it easier to get it in a little bit less messy. It's still a little messy though as we know. What's cooking without a little bit of mess? I know right. So you just kind of plop it in there. It's an infusion. Perfect. There we go and then, we are going to save this part for our last topping. So, I'm going to show you what we're doing next. We have some organic blueberries that we're just going to place as our design on the outside ring of our pizza. You can have a handful if you want but the next part, we're going to make a little corner here. So, we're just going to line it up. This is going to be a beautiful decoration for your cake for everyone to enjoy at the Fourth of July party. So, you're just going to make a little bit of a straight line there and then we're going to go straight up. This looks so cool. I can't wait to see what the finish is. I bet you could guess what it is. Then, we're going to fill this part in. Oh, okay. Oh, okay. I see what you're doing. Me. Now that we're done with our delicious blueberries, we need our raspberries for the red card. So we're just going to start right at the bottom here and we're going to lay these in a nice perfect order down at the bottom. This is starting to look so cool. And delicious. And delicious. I've been eating the fruit all the way along here. Now that we have all of our fruit, we're going to take our piping bag full of cream cheese frosting and we're going to finish this up. I'm so excited about how this came out guys but we, I'm going to show you how to finish this up here. So, we're just going to squirt a little bit in. Oh, we gotta. Puncture. We gotta puncture. That's okay. This will still work. Land down, man. One, two, three. Oh, should we Patch that up. We should. Alright, we'll see if this helps. I'm just going to hold it closed. There we go. Oh, this is so cool. I love how this is coming out guys. You are going to be the hit of the party with this dessert. Everyone's going to wonder where you bought it from. They are not going to believe that you made this. So, we didn't use all of our roll of cookie dough. We saved this little bit. We're just going to take it, smoosh it out into about an inch or so, half an inch thick and we are going to cut a little design out of this piece for the final touch on our dessert. So, just about that thick, right? Okay. Well, let's see if I can do this free hand. I don't have a cookie cutter. This is skill, right? You tell me if you can see what it is. Okay, and go down like that. Shop for them. Down like that. What's it going to be? We'll see. Uh the bottom is a little hard to do. Oh, don't screw up the last one. Oh god. Oh boy. A little uneven. But let's see if we did it. Did it. Does it naturally? Take off the excess. We can form it you know. Yeah. It's soft and pliable at this point. Okay. It's art too. It's art. What do you think guys? Thought I do. Oh boy. It's a it looks like a starfish. Yeah I was going to say it looks like a starfish. Not a not exactly a tribute to the stars and stripes but it's Close. It's art. It's art. As Bob Ross would say you know just have fun with it. This looks so good. I cannot wait to bring it to my party but first, we need the final touch, our beautiful cookie dough star right on top. Guys, you can cook this, you can do it raw because apparently, it's safe to eat the raw cookie dough that I bought but this looks so cool. You're going to impress everybody.
