03.09.2024 - HDC labs Tower 도시 변위의 풍경(urban displacement-scape) 대지는 남부터미널 역 사거리와 강남의 뱅뱅사거리로 연결되는 도로에 위치한다. 주거지역과 상업공간이 혼재해 있어서 유동인구가 많고 교통의 흐름이 활발하다. 이 프로젝트는 도시 가로공간 풍경의 변화에 있어서 보이는 것과 보여지는 것의 가변적인 상관관계를 타진하였다. 도시 건축 디자인의 바탕과 오브제의 관계에 있어서 연속적, 유기적, 이중적으로 가로공간 입면의 콘텍스트(context)를 재구성하여 단순함과 복잡성을 동시에 추구하였다. 저층 가로공간에서부터 시작하는 지그재그로 엇갈린 형태의 곡면 파사드는 건물 전체 외관 형태를 다양한 움직임으로 표현한다. 이는 건물이 보이는 주변 가로공간의 위치에 따라서 도시 풍경의 다양..
