Ingredients 1 x 250 g camembert • 2-3 cloves of garlic sliced • 1 tbsp honey • Pinch of chilli flakes • Fresh Thyme Leaves Method • 1. Preheat the oven at 180ºC • 2. Unwrap the camembert cheese and return the cheese to the wooden box • 3. Score the top of the cheese with a knife • 4. Push the slices or garlic into the scores top of the cheese, drizzle with honey then sprinkle over chilli flakes and thyme • 5. Bake the camembert cheese in the oven for around 15 minutes or until it is melted • 6. Serve with toasted bread or crackers
