Tom on Instagram: "Edible Cookie Dough 🍪 Ingredients: - 180g plan flour - 38g caster sugar - 75g brown sugar - 45g unsalted butter, melted - 45g whole milk - A pinch of salt - 1/2 tsp vanilla paste 1. heat treat flour by microwaving for 30-60 seconds to kill any bacteria 2. Add heat treated flour to a mixing bowl along with the caster sugar, brown sugar and salt. Whisk well to break up any lumps and combine ingredients 3. Add in the vanilla, butter and milk then mix with a wooden spoon to combine. If the dough is a little dry add a capful of milk at a time until a smooth dough is achieved 4.
