Ileana of Roumania, Archduchess of Austria.  Born: 1909  Daughter of: King Ferdinand of Roumania & Marie of Edinburgh/Coburg.  Diamond and sapphire tiara originally belonging to Grand Duchess  Vladimir, and given to her by her mother - this was eventually sold when the princess was in exile in the USA in the 1950s.  The central sapphire weighs 125 carats.

The sapphire tiara passed on again when Queen Marie gave it to her daughter, Princess Ileana when she married on 26 July to Arch Duke Anton of Austria.
