Avem nevoie de: o gaina de casa; un morcov; o ceapa; 4 radacini de patrunjel; o crenguta de rozmarin; 10-20 boabe piper roz; 4-5 boabe de ienibahar; 2 frunze de dafin; 4-5 cartofi; 2 rosii; un ardei rosu; bors; o legatura de marar proaspat; cateva crengute de cimbrisor uscat; si 1 ou + putina faina pentru fideluta. Mod de preparare Punem gaina in apa rece si o aducem la fierbere. Cand apare spuma, varsam apa, spalam carnea si acoperim iarasi cu apa rece, si o punem din nou la foc.
