January 23, 1991—Princess Ileana of Romania known as Mother Alexandra after becoming a nun. She founded the Monastery of the Holy Transfiguration, a community of nuns of the Orthodox Church in America. She was an aunt of former King Michael of Romania and a cousin of Queen Elizabeth II of Britain.

Ileana of Roumania, Archduchess of Austria. Born: 1909 Daughter of: King Ferdinand of Roumania & Marie of Edinburgh/Coburg. Diamond and sapphire tiara originally belonging to Grand Duchess Vladimir, and given to her by her mother - this was eventually sold when the princess was in exile in the USA in the 1950s. The central sapphire weighs 125 carats.
