High protein Friday night Feast in 15 minutes MACROS: 27G Protein 34 G Carbs 9G FAT 308 CALS Ingredients serves 2: 100g onion 20g light mature cheese 130 g sweet potato 1 burger bun 1 Garlic clove 36ml Worcestershire sauce 180g minced beef extra lean 2 tsp mixed herbs Method: Blend onions, mince garlic & Worcheshire sauce until blitzed. Shape into a burger. Preheat the grill to high & oven to 180 degrees. Spray the burger with fry light, grill for 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through. Scrub the sweet potatoes & cut them lengthways. Tip the chips into a large saucepan, pour in enough water to cover them, bring to a boil, then lower the heat & let them simmer for 5 mins. Drain & clean with a towel, pat dry & leave to cool. Transfer the chips to a large shallow non-stick
