⚠️HIGHLY REQUESTED⚠️ “what does a workout from inside @movementwithjulie weekly workouts look like?”  I thought I would show you the 30-minute variation of the upper body workout this week inside dumbbell only weekly workout plan, it was SOO good 🔥😍  Give it a try, and let me know how it goes 💪🏼🔥  ⬇️ Here’s the GIANT 30-minute workout from inside the app ⬇️  20 reps • alt bicep curls   • 10 reps • neutral to reverse grip rows   • 10 reps • inner press hold   • 1 min AMRAP • alt 45 degree chest press  • 15 reps • one DB skull crunchers   • 10 reps • supported lat pullovers   12 reps • Zottman curls   REST for 2 mins…REPEAT 3x   It should take you right around 28-32 mins to complete 💪🏼🔥   NOT having a plan was one of the MOST detrimental things I did in my fitness journey. ⁣😢😞
