CASE card
Bloomin' Paper: CASE card--Three panels are embossed with different Cuttlebug embossing folders. I used a digi stamp from Beccy and colored it with Prismacolor pencils and Turpenoid. One flower and the image panel are raised up with dimensional tape. I used a Copic marker to color the 3 pearls. card
