Cut the baking sheet in 2, fold as you see in the video, tie the ends with string and open into a boat shape. Place the orange slices, lemon slices, thyme sprig and chicken breast inside the baking sheet. Pour sauce generously (leave a little aside) and put in the oven for 25 minutes. Spread a little of the sauce we saved on the chicken breast, sprinkle with a little thyme leaves
