Difficulty: Easy Healthy Breakfast Raspberry White Choc • Link in bio • By @clean_treats Ingredients: • Base: 2 weetbix, crushed 110ml almond milk 1 tbs sweetener (stevia or maple syrup) Cream: 140g Greek yoghurt - I use @yoproau 15g @macr0mike white choc protein (discount: ‘amb-Miranda) Ganache: 10g white chocolate 20g Greek yoghurt 10ml almond milk 50g rapsberries Method: 1. Crush weetbix in a bowl, add sweetener and almond milk. Mix together and smooth it over for the base. 2. Roughly mash raspberries in a bowl with a fork and spread over the base. 3. In a seperate bowl, mix together yoghurt and protein powder until smooth. Spread over the raspberries. 4. Melt white choc in a bowl in the microwave (I do 15-30 sec intervals so it doesn’t burn). Mix in the yoghurt

Second layer: • 100g high protein yoghurt • 1/2 sweetener (optional) Mix yoghurt & sweetener until combined and spread over the oat layer. Third layer: • 30g frozen raspberries • 1/2 tsp sweetener Microwave raspberries for 30 sec. Add sweetener and mix. Spread over the yoghurt layer. Fourth layer: • 20g biscoff cream Microwave biscoff cream and spread over the raspberry layer. Leave in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight! Enjoy! 🤍
