Gozo - Inland Sea
Calypso´s cave - Gozo - Inland Sea at Dwejra, Malta. The Inland Sea is connected to the Mediterranian Sea by a narrow tunnel. On calm days fisher boats can pass the tunnel. This photo has been taken on a rather windy day giving rise to high waves which propagate through the tunnel right into the Inland Sea.
The Blue Hole
Malta’s rocky coast has a playground of tunnels, reef wrecks and caves to explore. Most of the best sites are accessible from the shore. Well known diving sites such as Inland Sea and the nearby Blue Hole and Azure Window are located in the region near #Gozo │ #VisitMalta visitmalta.com

Not much is known about this former tugboat except that it was scuttled in 1992 at the popular dive location of Cirkewwa in Malta. Many tourists are likely to have visited the vessel in a glass-bottom boat and marveled at her condition – for she is completely intact except for her propellers and engine.
