Newborn, hot air Balloon-Shannon Lutkins Photography. We made the prop with materials from our local hobby lobby & home depot. Burlap ribbon, wooden dowels, basket-HL. Made the small bags from drop cloth & the rope is 1/4" braided nylon & polypropylene-HD. Got the Hat from the etsy shop, Making Me Loopy. A balloon artist friend supplied the 3ft balloon.
