Who wants this bowl for dinner? I’m having something similar today, although not as neatly arranged haha. Featuring fluffy Basmati rice, mushrooms cooked in tamari, avocado, asparagus and tofu. To make the tofu, I first of all cooked it in the air fryer at 200 decrees C/390 F for around 5 minutes.
