Reteta Prajitura cu cirese
Se ia un bol in care se pun 4 galbenuse, apoi se adauga treptat zaharul, uleiul (tot treptat), laptele (tot treptat), faina si un praf de copt. Se mesteca bine! Imediat se bat cele 4 albusele spuma tare apoi se incorporeaza in compozitia de mai sus, amestecand incet de sus in jos. Se aseaza compozitia obtinuta intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt, iar deasupra se pun ciresele stropite in prealabil cu putina faina. Se coace la foc potrivit 180°C. Pofta buna!
