Here's a few tips on how to prepare a dragon fruit. First, squeeze it to make sure it's ripe. It should be firm, and not overly mushy. Then, cut it in half length-wise and scoop out the halves, like you would an avocado. Slice those halves into bite-sized pieces, and you're ready to enjoy!
