It’s a new year, and I’m all about finding delicious ways to sneak more protein into my diet. Lately, I’ve been using kefir in my desserts, and it’s a game-changer for panna cotta—packed with protein and adding a lovely little tang. But the best part? I turned them into jiggly little bunnies! They’re almost too cute to eat! Creamy, soft, and jiggly all at once🐰💓 Recipe: * 1 cup Kefir * 1 cup Heavy cream * 1/3 cup Sugar * 1 tsp Vanilla extract * 7g Gelatin powder (1 packet or about 1 tbsp) * 3 tbsp Cold water (to bloom the gelatin) Find more fun recipes and cute kitchen tools on my website—link in bio! ✨ #kefir #kefirmilk #kefirdessert #pannacotta #pannacottarecipe #jigglyfood #adorableeats
