This is the most realistic plant based Parmesan cheese that uses simple whole foods ingredients you’ll probably have at home 😊 and it has that craggy parm cheese look, an almost crumbly feel and grates perfectly too! 👇🏾ingredients👇🏾 -1 cup raw cashews -1 tsp lemon juice -4 tbsp nutritional yeast -1 tsp miso paste -1 tsp olive brine -pinch of salt 👇🏾method👇🏾 -blend the cashews into a fine crumb then add the rest of the ingredients and slowly blend until fully combined. The mixture should be quite dry and almost crumbly, don’t over blend into a paste. -mould into desired shape using cling film, make sure to compress tightly then refrigerate overnight/6+ hours. -grate over pasta, pizza, salads etc and enjoy. by @jacobking
