This is super quick, easy and HEALTHY! The apple and cinnamon flavours shine out in this moist and fluffy slice. Add all ingredients to bowl. Mix 10 Seconds/Speed 5. Pour and spread into baking pan. Mix 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 2 teaspoons coconut sugar together in a small bowl and sprinkle over slice mixture. Bake for 20 minutes or until skewer comes out clean. Cool before cutting into squares.
