A sweet, spicy, & savory accompaniment for grilled meats. No-cook. 10 to 12 finely minced red Thai bird chilies, 1 Tbsp finely minced garlic, ¼ cup fish sauce, ½ cup light brown sugar, 3 Tbsp white vinegar, 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice. Combine all ingredients in a small jar. Shake well, set aside, & allow sugar to dissolve, shaking every 10 minutes or so. Refrigerate until ready to use.
