1. Low lunge, then sink in deeper. Reach to the ground and add in a quadricep stretch. 2. Lean back onto your hands, flex your left ankle and bring it ontop of your right knee. Now press your thighbone away from the body. 3. Lay on your back for a supine hamstring stretch. Both knees bent and kick the right foot to the ceiling. Grab the hamstring, calf, ankle, or foot. Flex that ankle and straighten out the opposite leg. After 10 breaths, switch arms and drop the leg to the left.
