Since I’ve been having some real annoying shoulder issues lately (yes, it’s never ending… Life tip: don’t move onto a boat if you want to have a pain free body!!), my workouts have been focussed on lower body, core, and cardio 🏃🏻‍♀️   While I could go for a run outside, it’s soooo humid and hot most days, and I want to talk full advantage of the air conditioning in here.  So today I changed it up to give myself a new fitness challenge AND to not get bored on the treadmill 🤩  Feel free to change the speeds as you see fit, but really try to push yourself as much as you can! 15-minute sprint routine (adjust at your own pace):

First round (9 mins):
60 secs sprint ~ 9mph
120 secs walk ~ 3mph
repeat 3x 

Second round (6 mins):
30 secs sprint ~ 10mph
60 secs walk ~ 3mph
repeat 4x

Don’t feel discouraged by these speeds. Instead, work your way up! 💪🏽 Over time, it’ll be a breeze!
