Scrapbook birthday cards

Hi, Friends! It's time for a new challenge at Stamp Ink Paper, and it's one you can all play along with: Happy Birthday! I mail out so many birthday cards each year, second only to Christmas cards, so I welcome an opportunity to build up my stash. I'd actually prepared another birthday card to post today, but I thought it was a bit on the boring side so I decided to jazz it up a bit and make a shaker card instead. This prized peony card was so much fun to make. I actually sponged some vellum in blushing bride and used that for every second layer to give the peony a different look. And the DSP in the peony garden suite is just beautiful that it took me awhile before I actually chopped it up.
