Charlotte Perospero is the eldest child of the Charlotte Family and an officer of the Big Mom Pirates. He also serves as Totto Land's Minister of Candy (キャンディ大臣, Kyandi Daijin?), governing over Candy Island. Due to his actions and role, he is a major antagonist in the Whole Cake Island Arc and a supporting antagonist in the Wano Country Arc.
