10 Minute Ab Circuit 
-all exercises done in a row = 1 round
-rest 30-45 seconds after each round 
-do 4 rounds total

1) Sit ups
— keep ya hands on the ground during the movement
— squeeze and contract your abs at the top
— do 20 reps

2) Bicycle Kicks to Alternate Jackknife kicks
— bring your elbow to your knee, then your hand to foot
— MAKE SURE THEY TOUCH OR YOURE CHEATING
— doing both sides is 1 rep
— do 10 reps

3) Mountain Climbers w Twist (actually let’s call these the Rocky Mountains bc that sounds cooler)
— bring your knee up, twist to the opposite side, bring it back to pre-twist position, then bri Bicycle Kicks, Abs Quick, 10 Minute Abs, Ab Circuit, Bicycle Kick, Sit Ups, Knee Up, Mountain Climbers, The Rocky Mountains
