You will need: 2 strips of the same paper measuring 8 x 2inches 2 strips of a coordinating paper measuring 8 x 1 and 1/2 inches Any border punch Hot glue gun Double stick tape Circle punch Cut paper strips. Punch one side of each of the 4 strips with any of your favorite border punches. Score each piece at each inch. Turn strip over and score at each half inch.
