Cut each croissant in half horizontally. Spread a generous amount of Nutella inside each croissant. Place the croissants on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes until hot and slightly crispy. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top of each croissant. Dust with powdered sugar and decorate with fresh raspberries if desired.
