This is Alby and Newt. They are basically the leaders of the Glade. When they have a gathering or meeting, they are in charge. When Thomas first enters the Glade, Alby greets him saying "Nice to meet ya shank. Welcome to the Glade." Alby almost dies in the maze because he got stung by a griever, but Thomas saves him.
