- • 1 1/2 tbsp Garlic powder
- • 1 1/2 tbsp Parsley flakes, dried

- • 1/3 cup Lemon juice, fresh
- • 1/3 cup Soy sauce
- • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
Baking & Spices
- • 1 tsp White pepper, ground

- • 1/2 cup Olive oil
Pour 4 steaks ( grosseur tournedos) 3/4 tasse d'huile végétale 1/4 tasse de sauce soya 1/4 tasse de cassonade 3 c. à table de vinaigre balsamique 2 gousses d'ail 1 c. à thé de gingembre frais râpé Placer tous les ingrédients de la marinade dans un ziploc, Ajouter les steaks et laisser mariner 24 heures.
