Just something to help people who want to bind their chests. It may not be as good a result as a normal binder, but those can be expensive or hard to get if you are not out to your family or they do not support you. I don't know how long you can keep it on, but I take it off at least after 8 hours. It might not work for people of larger chests, but I can't speak for them as I am only a 34B.
