After the devastation of Hurricane Sandy destroyed this beach house, the Lasley Brahaney design build team redesigned and custom built this new home. Our architect’s priority was to capture views of both the shore and the bay with a seashore cottage feel.

With its pitched roof, wraparound balcony, large picture windows and traditional styling, this double-storey, four-bedroom timber beach house is ideal for life at the coast.

When Googling San Juan I was in awe of the deliciously vibrant buildings and narrow streets that I saw. Now that I've seen it in person, it was even better. I wanted to photograph everything, while peaking inside every café, bar, and open door I could find.
