Most of us have a bit more tension to the back half of our pelvic floor… so these exercises target that area we tend to have more tension!!

While I’m training for my first half marathon, keeping my hips healthy has been a big priority for me, since I have a history of hip pinching on one side. 

All 3 of these exercises are great for retraining and strengthening the HIP FLEXORS. You heard me! Those muscles in the front of your hips that chronically feel tight?? Well, you may need to lay off the stretching and focus on ✨strengthening✨ instead!
