My grandpa always called me his star, but it was his gentleness and kindness that lit up the lives of those around him. He made sure you knew you were brighter than you believed. He was soft and pure and gracious. He was perfect. Une vie honorable est une vie éternelle❤️ I love you so much

This painting was inspired by watching my daughter walking with her grandfather on a sunny spring afternoon. It occurred to me that just the hands alone were rich in symbolism to convey the essence of my feelings about this scene.
