Super easy salmon bake, great for rice bowls or seaweed wraps!

Ingredients:

-salmon (sockeye salmon)
-salt, pepper, garlic powder
-furikake
-1 tbsp sesame seeds
-3 scallions (diced) 
-1.5 tbsp tamari
-1 tbsp sesame oil

Serve with:
-avocado
-cucumbers
-seaweed
-kimchi

Method:

-season salmon with salt, pepper, garlic powder and olive oil
-bake in convection oven at 380 degrees for 10 mins per inch. My pieces were about 3/4” so I baked for 7.5 mins
-while still hot, flake salmon with a fork until mashed pretty well. 
-mix in furikake, sesame seeds, tamari, sesame oil, and scallions
-serve either rice bowl or with seaweed wraps, with all your favourite toppings!
