Hey gym girlies, here’s a NO BOX JUMP box workout that will get your FULL BODY going! 💪🏽

I’ve had people ask me “can I just work my upper body because my arms are weak”, or “I don’t want to work out my lower body cause they’re strong already”, but in reality, that doesn’t work because your body functions as a WHOLE. 🙆🏻‍♀️

Riding is a full body sport that requires you to use more than one muscle group at the same time. 🐴

In order for training to be effective and for it to translate to the saddle, you HAVE to strengthen your WHOLE BODY.
