Am I the only one who finds "Duck Soup" funny. I don't know why. I just enjoy saying it. It makes me smile every time. We are not big duck eaters around our house. I can count on one hand the number of times we have had it in my lifetime. Normally I find it quite greasy and fatty. Such is the nature of duck meat.
