Day three of the plan came and went and I am still going strong but I miss SUGAR!!! The only sweet we are allowed is the berries from the smoothie. I am a sweet-sugar lover so not having it is a bit tough. Day 2 and 3 was a bit easier because I was a bit more creative in what I ate for lunch and dinner.
