DIY Bed Frame for Under $40

I used eight 8 foot 2×4 boards and two 8 foot 1×1 boards. One modification I made to the bed bed frame plans is to add a toddler rail to prevent the little guy fall rolling off. Total cost for materials was $40 including glue and screws, versus 500 $ for a similar retailed bed.
