Glaucus atlanticus (aka blue dragon) is a species of small-sized blue sea slugs, a pelagic aeolid nudibranch, a marine gastropod mollusk (Wikipedia). They feed on the poisonous Man of War jellyfish, collecting its toxins and storing them in sacs on the end of their feather-like "fingers." The Blue Dragon thus produces a more powerful and deadly sting due to its ability to store poison. Crotalus atrox skeleton. This is not a ligament articulation, and every vertebrae and ribs had to be glued together. I worked on and off this specimen for almost a year. It was quite a lot of work, and despite some small anatomical mistakes, I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out.
