Three different strategies together....Falling Star from Mrs. Bonds Fantastic 1st Graders & sunnydaysinsecondgrade.blogspot.com and from the class teacher who uses Star Cards. The idea is that they earn 5 star cards (shooting star) to choose a prize from the prize box- existing reward system; 10 stars (great work) to achieve a commendation; time in at break time (I can do better) talking/lines if necessary; Parent contact (Make better choices). This utilises the schools current system & mine!
