1. Slice 2 slices of bread into 8 sticks.
2. In a bowl, combine 1.5 cups of heavy cream, 2 eggs, 1/2 tbsp of cinnamon, 1/2 tbsp of vanilla extract.
3. Place bread into mixture, coating all sides.
Do not allow them to soak for more than 15 seconds.
4. In a hot pan, add 1 tbsp of butter and a dash of avocado oil.
5. Place bread into skillet and cook for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
6. Optional: Remove from skillet and toss in cinnamon sugar. I will skip this step in the future. Too sweet for me lol!
