Got this recipe from my brother who found it online (http://www.schoolpizzarecipe.com). Saving it here for posterity's sake and so I have access to it when the mood strikes. :-) Water temps have been adjusted to yeast package directions when adding water to complete flour mix and not pre-activating yeast with sugar water, but always follow package directions.
