🧶The string method is planting a string from a water source, such as a plant saucer or jar, into the soil of your plant. As the soil dries out, it wicks water up the string so the soil stays damp. This method is great for plants that prefer consistent moisture like the calathea and prayer plants. It can also be used on all plants if travelling for over a week!
